need my computer back to when i bought it " factory stage" i am using a laptop acer aspire one ~ no cd came with laptop, and holding F11 on startup doesnt work.

i just got a laptop the aspire one by acer and i wanna change the background, but i dont know how. i wasnt able to find the desktop background settings in the control pannel. do i have to download anything to change the wallpaper?

A: I have the same problem. There is no option to right click on a picture and set as desktop background. There is no option to right click on the desktop and personalise or choose options. Even in control panel, when I type in desktop background, it says

Ok, so my laptop is the one above, I tried changing the background but it won't let me and I'm not sure how. If somene who actually does know how to, please give me steps, so I can change my background. Thanks!

A: Is the Operating System Windows 7 starter?


If it is, Windows 7 starter doesn't support changing the desktop background, you have to install a separate program such as Stardock MyColors or Samurize to change the background or upgrade

I got the Acer Aspire One…i fucking disinclined it 1 hour of battery life…kidding aside?!?!,breaks down patently, i abysmal mine got fucked up conditions and formerly again,last week my incontestable disk(i muse over) died and i had to get a new one added to the mask will get fucked up doubtlessly too mine has colored lines all over the flat,please no one get the Acer Aspire One get another netbook,Acer friggin sucks(frugal ass bastards)

@edwinAVATAR3171617 I’m encouraging people to go with an ecachines. I have nothing annulling about the acer in my observation. I at most have positives of buying the emachines over the acer. And yes I remember they emachines is owned by acer. That’s why I said (If you don’t bawl out having an Acer, get an emachines). So I have no tip why you would call me a jerk. You paucity to plant up.
